Are you an experienced Parts Manager who treats the parts department like your own business? We are an up-and-coming, rapidly growing automotive group looking for a sharp, process-driven leader to take full ownership of our entire parts operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Total Department Ownership: Oversee all parts revenue streams, including the retail counter, online e-commerce sales, wholesale accounts, and internal shop fulfillment.
- Service Drive Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the Service Manager to ensure seamless, rapid parts fulfillment for our technicians, keeping shop efficiency high.
- Inventory Control & Metrics: Stock, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Generate daily/monthly reports to prioritize quick-turning parts and aggressively prevent obsolescence.
- Logistics & Organization: Maintain an ultra-efficient bin and shelf matrix for fast tracking, receiving, and dispatching.
- Financial Management: Execute daily parts pricing updates, matrix adjustments, and core return tracking to maximize gross profit margins.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dealership Experience: 5+ years of total automotive dealership experience
- Parts Management: 3+ years of proven success specifically as a dealership Parts Manager
- DMS Proficiency: Experience with Dealertrack DMS and Xtime is highly preferred.
- Leadership Focus: Strong communication, time management, and team-building skills with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Compliance: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
