Veterinary Technician (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to animals and their owners.
You’ll work closely with our veterinarians to support medical procedures, provide exceptional patient care, and help create a positive experience for both pets and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory testing (blood work, urinalysis, cytology)
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Monitor hospitalized patients and track vital signs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Practice and uphold aseptic techniques in all procedures
- Safely handle and restrain animals for exams and treatments
- Assist with dental procedures and cleanings
- Educate clients on preventive care, nutrition, and treatment plans
- Support kennel operations and maintain a clean, organized clinic
What We’re Looking For
- Veterinary Technician experience preferred (LVT/RVT/CVT is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and basic anatomy/physiology
- Skilled in animal handling and restraint (dogs, and cats)
- Experience with lab procedures and equipment
- Ability to perform catheter placement read cytology's, vein-puncture and patient monitoring
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
