- Experience managing ground-up construction projects
- Experience overseeing renovations, expansions, and facility improvements
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and self-perform field crews
- Experience managing site safety programs and conducting safety meetings
- Ability to coordinate field operations, logistics, and project sequencing
- Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
- Experience managing daily reports and project documentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
