Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Aesthetics & Wellness

Pay: $50/hour to start + weekly/monthly performance bonuses
Schedule: Part-time to start (2–3 days/week), growing to full-time (5 days/week) with short weekend hours

About the Role
We're looking for an NP or PA who loves a challenge and wants to learn a new specialty. No prior medspa, weight loss, or hormone experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is that you're organized, dependable, a great communicator, and genuinely care about the patient experience. Since this is a cash-pay practice, bedside manner and customer service are just as important as clinical skill.
This role starts part-time and has a clear path to full-time as our clinic grows.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs), consultations, and check in appointments for weight loss and hormone patients, and occasionally for aesthetic patients
- Work closely with our Physician Medical Director to Navigate and Maintain Compliance
- Prescribe and manage weight loss medications, hormone therapy, and other wellness/aesthetic medications
- Submit prior authorizations for medications covered by insurance
- Interpret lab values and ensure proper, timely patient follow-up
- Perform minor procedures, including hormone pellet insertions (training provided)
- Maintain organized patient records and stay on top of follow-ups and outreach
- Deliver an exceptional, warm patient experience in a cash-pay setting
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, high-energy clinic culture
- Grow into additional areas of the business over time, including energy-based devices and injectables
What We're Looking For
- Licensed NP or PA in good standing (Illinois)
- Ability to obtain a DEA license at our facility (we will cover costs)
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up habits — you don't let things fall through the cracks
- Excellent customer service and bedside manner
- Quick learner, comfortable stepping into new clinical territory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who helps create a fun, positive workplace
- Comfort with (or willingness to learn) prescribing weight loss and hormone medications
- A genuine hunger to learn — this role grows as the clinic grows
Nice to have (not required):
- IV insertion and lab draw skills
- Fluency in Spanish
- Prior medspa, aesthetics, or wellness experience
Schedule & Flexibility
- Start at 2–3 days per week, with growth to full-time (5 days/week)
- Short weekend hours as the clinic grows
- Occasional work-from-home days available for routine telehealth follow-ups
Compensation
- $50/hour starting pay
- Weekly and monthly bonuses available based on KPI performance
- Full training provided — no weight loss/hormone/aesthetics experience necessary
