EXPERIENCED CAKER
*Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
*Follow the prep list created by the company.
*Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
*Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
*Undertake basic baking duties.
*Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
*Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeter.
*Understanding of food safety practices.
*Flexibility to work in early morning shifts.
*Ability to lift and carry at least 25lbs.
*Food handler card is required.
Additionals:
*Experience as Baker, Pastry chef or similar role is recommended.
*Excellent time-management skills NEEDED
*Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
*Servsafe certificate is a plus.
