What You'll Do
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding service while supporting a diverse commercial client portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Manage commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, audits, certificates, and other policy transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client requests and ensure all service needs are handled professionally and within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Obtain quotes from insurance carriers for new and existing business opportunities.
- Review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client presentations and policy documents.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve questions, service requests, and policy issues.
- Coordinate with producers and internal team members to ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Monitor policy expiration dates, follow up on outstanding items, and proactively assist clients with their ongoing insurance needs.
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, insurance products, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience or similar related experience.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and account servicing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
