The ServiceNow developer will be part of an established team supporting with the implementation of the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module. The developer will be activating and configuring the module as well as working closely alongside functional resources to define the system scope and objectives.

Configuring and activating Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
Integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
Utilize strong technical competencies and expertise to identify, analyse and troubleshoot any production issues and maintain procedures that meet business user expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams & development teams to understand and provide automated solutions/fixes.
Contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery and Support Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of the user and stakeholder needs and requirements.
Participate in SCRUM events and complete assigned items within the determined Sprint target.
Meet with key stakeholders and follow up with action items for any workarounds necessary as per the nature of the requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Essential qualifications:
Certification requested for the role: ServiceNow CSA & APM (EA)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer/Electronics or related field
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Implementer Certification
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a nontechnical
audience.
Key competencies:
8-10 Years total experience in IT Related fields
Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script
Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin & Developer
Experience in development of Service Catalogs, implementing ACLs, transform maps, Flows via flow designer, client scripts, CMDB health metrics.
Configuring Assessments, Demands, Business Capability Maps, Information Objects.
5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in the following areas: Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIs
Prior working experience on APM module is desirable.
Other skills and abilities:
Ability to adapt quickly to learn new tools, new technologies, and current industry standards.
Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $44.73/hour - $69.89/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
