Evolution Mind is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated licensed clinicians to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) behavioral health services to children and adolescents (ages 3–21) and their families throughout New Jersey.
Newly licensed clinicians (LACs and LSWs) are encouraged to apply. Free clinical supervision is available for eligible clinicians.
Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.
Position Type
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Referral-based, as-needed
- Accept as many or as few referrals as fit your schedule

Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy.
- Deliver services in home and community settings.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with families, schools, CMOs, Behavioral Assistants, physicians, and community providers.
- Participate in treatment team meetings.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with CSOC/PerformCare requirements.
- Maintain HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing clinical supervision when applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- NJ License: LPC, LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LCADC.
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
