RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insurance & eligibility verification
- Reviewing medical records to ensure ensure requirements of health insurance guidelines are met
- Data entry & creating sales orders
- Communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other health care providers verbally and in writing

The Insurance Coverage Specialist position requires outstanding organizational and communication skills. In a typical day the coordinator will coordinate 15 orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must understand insurance eligibility verification as it pertains to DME/HME - will train.
- Must be familiar with Medicare guideline as it pertains to oxygen and/or CPAP coverage - will train.
- Must be able to work on selected weekends
- Brightree experience preferred
- Basic math
- Basic typing and computer skills
COMPENSATION:
- Full time position 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday and Rotating Weekends
