Available Schedules: (Able to pick up hours under the Supervisor's direction).
- Full-Time Days: Monday–Wednesday AND Every Other Weekend 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Part-Time Days: Thursday–Friday AND Every Other Weekend 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Full-Time Evenings : Monday–Wednesday And Every Other Weekend 7:00AM -3:00PM
- Part-Time Evenings: Thursday–Friday AND Every Other Weekend 3PM-11PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant with Assisted Living experience to join our team at Eden Oak in Eden Prairie. In this role, you will provide hands-on care in a homestyle setting, supporting residents with daily activities while working closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff (per TMA scope)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with care tasks and procedures as directed by nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Support resident mobility and transport within the community as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant -CNA or in a similar caregiving role required
- Experience with medication administration in a professional setting (CNA/TMA) required
- Assisted Living, hospital, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of documentation and resident care practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
- Active Nursing Assistant certification required; TMA certification preferred
