Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in St. Louis, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
- Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
- Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
- Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
