zTrip, North America's largest taxi transportation provider, operates more than 6,000 vehicles across 38 cities, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services every day. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Fort Collins team and help ensure exceptional service for both drivers and passengers.
In this important role, you'll serve as a key point of communication between customers, drivers, and operations teams, helping coordinate transportation services, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operations.
- Assist drivers with trip assignments based on customer demand and driver availability
- Provide timely support to customers and drivers regarding transportation services
- Address service concerns professionally and work toward prompt resolutions
- Communicate trip details, route changes, and service updates clearly and accurately
- Monitor fleet activity and respond to operational issues as they arise
- Support efficient scheduling and transportation service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of trip activity, vehicle assignments, and service updates
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Help manage unexpected service disruptions and transportation challenges
- Provide solutions in a calm, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Contribute to a positive transportation experience for both drivers and passengers
- Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and efficiency
- Previous experience in customer service, transportation, scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with dispatch, routing, or fleet management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
