Position: Insurance Account Manager
Location: North Dakota – Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, or Ellendale
Key Responsibilities:

Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.

Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.

Coordinate renewals,submitapplications, and communicate with insurance carriers.

Maintainaccurateclient records and prepare insurance documents.

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Minimum of threeyearsdemonstratedcustomer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance

A college degree or equivalent work experience

Proven interpersonal communication skills

Insurance license in property and casualty
