Duties
- Safely operate box trucks or personal vehicles to deliver products to customer sites, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
- Load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring safe lifting practices at all times
- Execute precise delivery routes using mobile devices for navigation and route management, maintaining punctuality and efficiency
- Install products at customer locations, following detailed instructions and ensuring proper setup for optimal functionality
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally during delivery and installation
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after delivery to ensure damage-free transport and proper functioning upon installation
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, installations, and any issues encountered during the process
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles, with a strong emphasis on safe driving practices and route adherence
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks or box trucks preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling while following safe lifting practices; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace
- Skilled in manual handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks; comfortable with moving heavy items safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in various environments while maintaining safety standards
- Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation, documentation, and communication

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
