CGA has a growing real estate law practice serving residential and commercial clients. We’re known for being detail-oriented, responsive, and client-first. We’re looking for a reliable Real Estate Paralegal who enjoys owning the process from contract to closing and keeping deals on track.

Prepare and review real estate documents (purchase agreements, deeds, leases, closing documents)

Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients

Manage files and deadlines from contract through postclosing

Conduct title and lien searches; order title commitments and surveys

Draft correspondence and routine legal documents

Maintain accurate records and case management systems

Support attorneys with due diligence and transaction logistics
-
13+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal or legal assistant (preferred)

Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Comfortable juggling multiple transactions at once

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Professional communication skills (clients, lenders, title companies)

Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience is a plus but not required

Experience with residential and/or commercial transactions

Familiarity with local recording requirements and title practices

Prior work in a law firm or title company environment
