**Job Overview:**
We are seeking Independent Contractor Drivers to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students with special needs From house to school in the morning, and from school to house in the afternoon.
**Responsibilities:**
- Safe operation
- Transport students between locations on time.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, students, and team members
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance
**Skills:**
- Good driving
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and students
- Great attention to detail to ensure accurate transportation.
