This unique role combines outpatient pulmonary care with inpatient pulmonary consult rounding, providing the best of both worlds without ICU coverage, overnight shifts, or weekend responsibilities.

Position Overview
The APP will alternate between outpatient pulmonary clinic responsibilities and inpatient pulmonary consult rounding.
This role works closely with Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians and two experienced APP colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulmonary patient evaluations
- Follow-up care and chronic disease management
- Hospital pulmonary consult rounding
- Treatment planning and patient education
- Care coordination with physicians and hospital teams
- Documentation and EMR management

- On-site Imaging and Laboratory Services
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Massachusetts license or eligibility
- DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Pulmonary experience preferred but not required
