An established firm based in Philadelphia, PA with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-10 plus years of experience in workers compensation litigation to join their team. This Attorney will have experience handling repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education, working closely with shareholders in a collaborative, mentorship-driven litigation practice.
Offer:
Salary range: $140,000-$180,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5-10+ years of experience in workers compensation defense
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania required
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based litigation environment
Responsibilities:
Litigate workers compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss
Represent clients across construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education, and other industries
Collaborate with shareholders and senior associates across all phases of litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while conducting legal research
Take on increasing case management responsibility as skills and confidence grow
