Ellis Concrete Construction is looking for an energetic, creative, and professional Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand, build relationships, and increase our visibility throughout Oklahoma and beyond.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, community engagement, business development support, and creating marketing campaigns that generate real results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public relations and marketing strategies.
- Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others).
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate company events, community outreach, and networking opportunities.
- Build relationships with municipalities, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and community organizations.
- Assist with proposal packages, capability statements, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photography and video of projects in the field.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain the company's professional image.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Promote company accomplishments, awards, completed projects, and employee recognition.
- Support recruiting efforts through job postings, career fairs, and branding initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
- Experience creating marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Photography and videography experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
