The Tactical Role
We are seeking a formidable Director of Compliance and Inspections to join our executive headquarters and travel with corporate leadership. Please note carefully: While the primary operational base is the founder's private residence (a secure, silent, and highly focused executive environment) this role requires dynamic mobility. You will travel alongside the executive team to various national jurisdictions to enforce our corporate compliance standards and ensure absolute precision in all protocols across our entire enterprise.
Core Objectives
- Mobilize and execute: Travel with the company to audit, manage, and enforce hazard compliance protocols across all active operational zones.
- Oversee field execution: Direct the scheduling, execution, and reporting of services both from headquarters and on-site.
- Interface seamlessly: Work directly with project managers and field inspectors across different territories to verify regulatory adherence and strict quality control.
- Streamline architecture: Manage administrative routing for all service reports to support a corporate environment of high leverage and maximum efficiency.
- Maintain ironclad records: Guarantee total compliance with jurisdictional requirements across all existing and expanding markets.

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with elite capability, plus the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding national brand. All corporate travel expenses are fully covered.
