Duties:
Monday - Friday Availability 6pm - 2am (not working everyday)
- Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in offices, schools, and industrial buildings
- Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, including swing machines, scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment
- Strip and wax floors
- Apply sealants and finishes to floors to enhance their durability and shine
- Follow safety protocols and use specified chemicals
- Assist with general custodial duties as needed
Skills:
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Proficiency in operating floor cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Flexibility to work different shifts or schedules as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floor work and / or custodial work preferred but not required
- Communication and Attendance is very important
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
