Overview:
J.N. Giammarino Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. We specialize in Down Hole Drilling and Micropiles. As a Drilling Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the construction site. Position is mainly out of town Monday-Friday. Lodging is provided by the Company. Prevailing Rate will apply on most jobs sites .Great Opportunity- This is a well-paid field role with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation of Drilling including Micropiles, Soilder Pile Walls, Down Hole Drilling, Lagging Walls.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of Drilling sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lay out.
- Mix and pour concrete with Grout Plant.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
Experience:
- Experience with Drilling construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Welding and Cutting experience is a plus.
- Construction Equipment Operation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license. CDL is a plus
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to Travel Weekly
- High school diploma.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
