Real Estate Agent Opportunity

Location: Hybrid (Appleton, WI – Fox Cities)
Compensation: $80,000 – $200,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Conduct showings and host open houses
- Market properties and negotiate contracts
- Provide excellent service from first contact to closing
Qualifications
- Wisconsin Real Estate License (or plan to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, organized, and coachable
- Sales or real estate experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Work Environment
Hybrid role with access to a newly designed office space in Appleton, featuring private meeting areas and collaborative workspaces. Must be able to attend in-person appointments.
