Responsibilities:
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Food safety and handling
- Promote and maintain resident rights, dignity, and independence
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of resident information
Qualifications:
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for them
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Food handler's certificate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for the position)
