- Clean, maintain, and inspect golf carts daily to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Distribute golf carts to players in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading their equipment onto carts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Monitor golf cart usage and ensure carts are returned safely and on time.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
- Keep the golf cart storage area organized and clean.
- Follow all safety guidelines and course policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience with golf carts or in a customer service role is a plus.
