+ What You’ll Do:
- Connect with inbound prospective customers by phone
- Qualify and gather customer information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the internal team
- Maintain organized notes and activity updates
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Support daily communication and administrative workflows
+ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling high phone activity throughout the day
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems
- Customer service, sales support, SDR/BDR, scheduling, or call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
