Adult patient population with both hematology and oncology coverage preferred

Physician and Nurse Practitioner coverage within the practice

RN coordinators, dietitian, social work, nursing, medical assistant, and pharmacist support

Requirements

Must be an MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years in Hematology and Medical Oncology

Active Ohio medical license required
