Position Summary:
The Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery for one or multiple workstreams within the Product Delivery department. This role is responsible for coordinating estimation activities, managing detailed requirements, and tracking delivery progress across all assigned workstreams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. The Delivery Manager works collaboratively with team leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to drive delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery for one or multiple assigned workstreams from initiation through completion
- Coordinate estimation activities across workstreams, working with technical and business teams to develop effort and timeline forecasts
- Facilitate and document detailed requirements gathering sessions across all assigned workstreams, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Maintain delivery plans, status reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into progress and risks across workstreams
- Identify and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and issues to the Senior Delivery Manager or Director
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure timely communication across all project stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team delivery practices and documentation standards
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of direct experience in a Delivery Manager or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
- Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or CSM certification a plus
