We are currently hiring Stretch Therapists to join our team at our recently opened studio in Braintree, MA. If you are passionate about wellness and ready to start immediately, this is your chance to grow with a company committed to making a real difference.
The Role
As a Stretch Therapist, you will deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions using our structured StretchMed® method. Each session incorporates a blend of static and PNF stretching techniques, followed by percussion therapy to maximize recovery. You will work closely with clients to guide their progress, recommend customized programs, and create an exceptional in-studio experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using our proven method
- Guide clients through each session using a structured feedback scale
- Apply percussion therapy to support recovery and reduce tension
- Educate clients on long-term benefits and help set personalized wellness goals
- Track progress and provide recommendations for ongoing care
- Deliver exceptional service that promotes client trust and retention
- Promote membership and package options based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Assist with local marketing efforts including pop-up events and referral programs
What We Are Looking For
- Fitness-related experience such as certification, degree, or license in a health or fitness-related field such as personal training, massage therapy, kinesiology, physical therapy aide, or athletic training.
- We provide all the training required to become a StretchMed Certified Stretch Therapist.
- Comfort working in a hands-on environment with all types of bodies and conditions
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude
- Physically capable of supporting client movement and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to follow structured protocols and training systems
- Reliable and consistent availability, including some nights and weekend shifts

Job Type: Part-time (16-32 hours) or Full Time (32-40 hours)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Studio Hours:
- Mon-Thursday 8am-8pm
- Friday 8am-6pm
- Saturday 8am-4pm
- Sundays 8am-4pm
