Job Summary
The Amendment is an upcoming steakhouse and grill house located at The Watershed development in downtown Sturgis, Michigan, featuring dry-aged steaks and craft cocktails.
The General Manager oversees the entire operation of Amendment, leading both front and back of house to ensure excellence in service, culture, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead FOH and BOH teams in alignment with Amendment's brand vision
- Oversee daily operations, service flow, and guest satisfaction
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor and operating costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
- Build and sustain a professional, hospitable culture
- Represent Amendment in the community and with vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years of GM or Director-level experience in fine dining
- Strong record of driving profitability and guest satisfaction
- Excellet leadership and communication skills
- Financial acumen with proven cost-control ability
Pay: $68,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
