Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial & Residential Electrical Apprentice with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting electrical projects across commercial and residential sites, primarily based in Naples. As an apprentice, you will gain valuable experience working alongside licensed electricians on a variety of construction and renovation projects. Duties
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete wiring, conduit runs, and fixture installations.
- Support the setup and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems according to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Conduct basic testing with tools such as ohmmeters to ensure proper circuit functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Skills
- Minimum of two years’ experience working as an electrical apprentice or in a related construction environment.
- Proven experience with industrial, commercial, or residential electrical systems.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of NEC standards for electrical wiring and safety practices.
- Ability to work on construction sites safely while following all safety regulations.
- Experience with low voltage systems, high voltage wiring, and framing carpentry is a plus. Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
