Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting and values flexibility while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives.
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Assist residents in achieving their highest level of functional independence.
Accurately document treatments and resident progress utilizing Net Health EMR.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care experience preferred.
Experience with Net Health preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours, including weekday, weekend, holiday, and vacation coverage as needed.
