Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety, identify hazards, and deter theft or vandalism.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents with appropriate conflict management techniques.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and personnel entering the facility, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis.
Experience
- Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention strategies, and conflict management techniques.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; willingness to obtain these certifications is expected.
- Familiarity with security procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response plans.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
