Job Type: Contract (Freelance)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Work Location: In person / Remote (varies by assignment)
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
What to Expect
- Minimum 2 hours for in-person assignments, 1 hour for remote assignments
- Mileage reimbursement varies by assignment and client
- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Tamil
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must reside in the Sacramento, CA area.
- Successful background check clearance
- Interpreter certifications are a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate accurate and seamless communication between parties
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Submit payment paperwork accurately and on time through our online platform
