WHAT WE OFFER

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Our average rep earns their first commissions 6 weeks in and begins earning significant commissions 2-3 months in
- Proven earners: $1M in sales = $140k, $2M in sales = $340k (most competitive plan in roofing sales)
- Full training, safety equipment, and ongoing support provided
- Experienced roofing sales reps may qualify for a base salary + commission
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Canvas neighborhoods and door knock to get roof inspections
- Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
- Work directly with insurance carriers to get roofs approved and replaced
- Regular climbing of steep roofs (safety training included)
