Rising Current Management is seeking Entry‑Level Account Representatives to join our Santa Maria team. We're a sales and development firm partnered with Frontier, now a Verizon company. The Entry-Level Account Representative will focus on helping customers navigate their Frontier Fiber internet and TV bundles, managing accounts with precision, and driving sales through honest conversations.
As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you will be trained on sales, account management, and effective ways to support our customers with Frontier Internet and TV services. The Entry-Level Account Representative will gain valuable tools to grow customer accounts and provide sales recommendations that enhance their internet and entertainment experience.
Responsibilities of the Entry‑Level Account Representative
- Assist with account efforts by introducing customers to Frontier internet and TV services that align with their entertainment and connectivity needs.
- Support sales initiatives by helping customers evaluate Frontier account options and service packages through personalized conversations.
- Build strong customer relationships that drive account retention, accelerate account growth, and enhance long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account information while ensuring customers receive clear guidance regarding Frontier internet and TV offerings.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer account experience by recommending services that provide additional value and convenience.
- Help achieve sales goals by building strong account relationships and increasing awareness of Frontier's internet and TV solutions.
Qualifications of the Entry‑Level Account Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interest in account management and sales is a plus.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs.
Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
