ReconX Academy shares our Storm Roster with qualified insurance carriers and Independent Adjusting Firms seeking trained catastrophe professionals.
To be considered for inclusion, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
✔ Lincensed Adjuster with 2 Years Verifiable Experience working Property Claims
✔ Hold a current Xactimate Level 1 Certification (or higher).
NEW ADJUSTERS
✔ Successfully complete the Storm Ready Xactimate Training course. (ReconXAcademy.com)
✔ Hold a current Xactimate Level 1 Certification (or higher).

Qualified applicants will be reviewed for inclusion in the ReconX Storm Roster. Inclusion on the roster does not guarantee deployment or employment. Deployment opportunities are determined solely by the staffing needs and selection criteria of our Carrier and Independent Adjusting Firm partners.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
