Key Responsibilities:
Operating manual mills, lathes, and other shop equipment for precision machining work
Setting up and running jobs independently with minimal supervision
Working from blueprints and tight tolerances
Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments
Supporting or leading shop personnel depending on experience level
Key Requirements:
Strong background in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)
Ability to run multiple machines and handle varied work
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Solid understanding of machining practices, tooling, and materials
Leadership experience is a plus (or interest in stepping into a lead role)
