Lab Technician – HAR Dental Plainview Dentistry
HAR Dental – Plainview Dentistry is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our growing dental lab team.
Dental experience is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants must have prior experience working in a dental office, dental laboratory, or a similar dental setting. Candidates without dental experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the fabrication, adjustment, and repair of dental appliances.
- Prepare dental models, crowns, dentures, retainers, and other laboratory cases.
- Maintain and organize dental laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all laboratory work.
- Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and other team members to support exceptional patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing laboratory cases and communicate case status with the clinical team.
Qualifications
- Previous dental office or dental laboratory experience is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, materials, and laboratory procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
