Qualifications
- Strong Computer skills
o Some familiarity with excel, Monday.com, and Quickbooks desktop preferred but not
necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills
o Will answer office phone and route calls or answer questions accordingly.
o Draft emails as directed by senior office staff
o Ability to communicate to office staff if you believe you have made a mistake
- Attention to detail
o Upload documents to the correct location in Quickbooks
o Run reports as needed/requested by office staff
o Data entry into Monday.com
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
o Some jobs will be time sensitive
o Many times you will need to correctly prioritize tasks
- Strong Work Ethic

Duties
- Answer office phone
- Track vendor insurances and follow up with insurance agents to get updated certificates of
insurance on file for vendors providing services to our company
- Uploading documents to Quickbooks as needed
- Maintaining relevant notes in Monday.com
- Act as backup to current office staff – cross training with current staff
- Run reports from Quickbooks and Monday as needed/requested by staff
- Match invoices to proof of work to ensure vendor billing is appropriate
- Generate paylists for AP department utilizing previously defined guidelines
- Enter Purchase Orders into Quickbooks per established contracts.
- Additional projects as assigned
