A respected General Contractor with a strong backlog of commercial projects is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team. - 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects

Required experience estimating public sector construction projects in New Jersey, with a strong understanding of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage requirements, and state procurement regulations

Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects

Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs

Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
