Speech-Language Pathologist — Pediatric Clinic
Social Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric speech, occupational, and ABA therapy clinic in West Bloomfield, MI. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations, individualized treatment, and family-centered care for children with speech, language, and communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments/evaluations
- Diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, doctors, and other providers
- Educate families on strategies to support communication at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Experience with autism, developmental delays, articulation, language disorders, feeding, or AAC
- Ability to work collaboratively with OT and ABA teams
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
