Position Overview:
International Motors is seeking a driven, analytical, and collaborative Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Team within the Cabin Tower, supporting Sustaining and Advanced Engineering programs.
In this role, you will work alongside Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers around the world to bring new products to market. You will help identify innovative supplier solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, drive cost competitiveness, and ensure critical programs launch successfully.

What you’ll Do
- Partner with Engineering and Category Management Teams to support new product development and advanced engineering initiatives.

Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations that optimize quality, delivery performance, innovation, and total cost.

Negotiate commercial agreements including piece price, tooling, packaging, and supplier investments.

Participate in cross-functional program reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex supply chain and product development challenges.

Present sourcing strategies and business recommendations to leadership teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience

Master's degree and no experience
OR
-
At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
