Job Description
We’re hiring for all shifts and looking for extroverted, energetic team members (16+) who love talking to people, thinking on their feet, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.
At Nautical Bowls, you’re not just making açaí bowls — you’re creating an experience for every guest. We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, has strong critical thinking skills, and is excited about social media, content creation, and community vibes while working on the line.
What You’ll Do
- Create beautiful, high-quality açaí bowls and smoothies
- Greet, guide, and give exceptional service to every guest
- Communicate confidently and build genuine connections with customers
- Think critically and stay calm during busy rushes
- Help create fun social media content (photos, videos, trends, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive workspace
- Work collaboratively with your crew to keep operations running smoothly
✅ Requirements
- Available weekdays before 3 PM (at least 2 days per week)
- Prior work experience required
- Extroverted personality & strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic & team spirit
- Interest in social media / content creation is a big plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
