Ideal Candidate
- Has 1–5 years of residential solar maintenance experience.
- Is comfortable working on roofs (1–3 story homes).
- Holds an active California Residential or General Electrician License.
- Lives within or near the Riverside or San Bernardino, CA area (preferred within 5–10 miles).
- Enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Territory & Travel
- Dispatch directly from home each day.
- Primary service territory covers Southern California.
- Typical service radius is up to 70 miles, depending on operational needs.
- Limited travel outside Southern California for escalated service issues (infrequent).
Tools & Equipment
- Company vehicle provided.
- Company fuel card provided.
- Company power tools provided.
- Employee supplies personal hand tools.
- Warehouse support located in Temecula for vehicle stocking and materials.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
