- Excellent customer service and data entry abilities
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software
- Meevo salon software proficiency is a big plus
- spa, hair salon call center experience is a big plus
- experience akin to Eastern Accounts is a big plus
as a call center, reservations specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Making reservations for salon and spa guests
- Making service recommendations
- answering guest's questions
- utilizing email, salon software

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
