Restaurant Serenade, one of New Jersey’s top fine-dining destinations, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Backwaiters to join our front-of-house team. Whether you’re new to hospitality or looking to refine your skills in an elevated environment, we provide hands-on training and the opportunity to grow alongside a seasoned, professional staff.
What You’ll Do
- Support servers in delivering a polished, seamless dining experience
- Set and reset tables to fine-dining standards
- Refill water, clear plates, and maintain a clean, organized dining room
- Communicate closely with servers, captains, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Help uphold our high standards of hospitality, timing, and presentation
