PAY & EARNINGS
- Performance bonuses + uncapped earning potential
- Base Salary + Performance bonuses paid weekly.
- Average weekly earnings in the office: $950–$1250 OTE
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up and break down pop-up events and promotional displays
- Welcome and engage event attendees to spark interest in products
- Showcase products, explain features, and answer questions
- Drive sales by recommending products and assisting customers with purchases
- Track customer interactions and help the team reach daily sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a high-energy, positive experience
- Support management in executing promotions and marketing initiatives
