Commercial Lines Processor
We're looking for a sharp, organized person to support our Commercial Lines Account Managers with policy review and quality control. Insurance experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Review renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy
- Compare carrier-issued documents against applications, prior policies, and agency records
- Identify and document discrepancies in coverage, limits, forms, classifications, locations, premiums, and insured information
- Report findings to Account Managers for review and correction
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with documents, systems, and data
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow established processes
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
