Our customers include Construction firms, Nuclear, Government, General Contractors, Offshore and others located in the United States.
We are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Construction Supervisor for a long-term project located in Aiken, South Carolina.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise, lead, and coordinate a crew of construction laborers and technicians performing concrete cutting, core drilling, wire sawing, and demolition activities.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Enforce and champion company and site-specific safety protocols; conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses.
- Monitor crew productivity, material usage, and equipment performance to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, office staff, clients, and subcontractors.
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members; evaluate performance and address disciplinary issues when needed.
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. or more, climb stairs, and traverse uneven ground as required to oversee and participate in field operations.
- Willing to work in adverse weather conditions as required.
- Willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends to meet project demands.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction, preferably in concrete cutting, demolition, or heavy civil work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on knowledge of concrete cutting equipment (wire saws, core drills, wall saws, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a safety-first environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable & legally registered/insured transportation is required.
- Must have valid STAR ID driver’s license as well as Social Security Card or Birth Certificate.
- Maintain a positive driving record.
- CDL is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in nuclear, industrial, or heavy civil projects is a strong plus.
- Clean background check.
